The selection process, led by Great Place To Work®, is highly competitive and grounded in rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. The Great Place To Work® awards evening revolved around the theme “Change Happens Here,” highlighting workplaces that continue to empower employees and prioritize human connection, even in technological advancements.
This year, nearly 500,000 employees participated in the survey, representing 750,000 voices across the Philippines.
